Meghann Dowding is a BScN, RN, and Cosmetic Nurse Injector. She has been a nurse for fifteen years, practicing primarily in the perioperative setting. This experience has prepared her with a solid foundation in sterile technique and caring for patients undergoing invasive procedures. With a high interest in medical aesthetics, Meghann expanded her nursing skill set and became trained as a Cosmetic Nurse Injector. She completed her training through THMA Consulting Inc., a Canadian-accredited program. This education and certification prepared Meghann with the knowledge, skills, and judgment to provide safe and ethical care for clients undergoing medical aesthetic procedures. Meghann’s primary goal is to maintain your beauty in a restorative process while providing you with a natural and healthy look. She will educate you on managing a preventative approach to normal aging while helping you develop and maintain a healthy skincare regime. She respects each client’s individuality and uniqueness and considers this when assessing your anatomy and developing a treatment plan. Dr. Christopher Dowding is the medical director for Cusp Medical Aesthetics. His role is to provide supervision and oversight of the medical treatments provided under the authority of a medical director’s license. He ensures that patients are medically fit to receive treatment and that they are informed of the nature and potential side effects of the treatment.

Dr. Dowding was born and raised in Scarborough. He completed his undergraduate degree at McMaster University (Hon. Bachelors ArtSci Combined with Biology) and attended medical school at Western University. He subsequently completed his Orthopedic Surgery residency at the University of Ottawa. He has two orthopedic fellowships; having completed an Adult Hip and Knee Reconstruction fellowship in Ottawa and a Lower Extremity Reconstruction fellowship in Toronto.

Dr. Dowding is a certified specialist of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada. He practices in North Bay as an orthopedic surgeon. His interests include primary hip and knee arthroplasty, revision hip and knee arthroplasty, knee hemiarthroplasty, knee arthroscopy, and forefoot reconstruction (limited).

Originally from North Bay, Ontario, Sarah Philbin is a Nurse Practitioner with a strong academic and clinical foundation. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2010 before beginning her career in medicine and emergency care, where she developed advanced clinical judgment and a comprehensive approach to patient care. She completed her Nurse Practitioner certification in 2014 and later obtained her Master of Science in Nursing in 2021 from Laurentian University, further strengthening her commitment to clinical excellence and evidence-based practice.

With over a decade of experience in primary care, Sarah has developed a focused clinical interest in dermatology. She has extensive experience assessing and managing common skin conditions including acne, rosacea, and perioral dermatitis, to name a few. She continues to pursue advanced dermatology education to remain current with evolving research and treatment guidelines. Her approach is grounded in structured, evidence-based protocols designed to deliver safe, effective, and individualized care.

At NORDA Skin, Sarah provides neurotoxin treatments and facial fillers to enhance facial balance and natural-looking rejuvenation. She believes aesthetic medicine must be rooted in strong medical knowledge, anatomical precision, and patient safety. Continuing education and adherence to best practices are the cornerstones of her work, ensuring each treatment plan is thoughtful, refined, and aligned with the highest clinical standards.
